Every puppy comes with a 1-Year Health Guarantee that covers life-threatening genetic conditions or congenital defects that could affect your puppy’s quality of life.

What Our Guarantee Covers:

• Genetic Conditions: Any serious hereditary or congenital disorder that significantly impacts the puppy’s health.

• Veterinary Confirmation: A licensed veterinarian must provide a written diagnosis within the guarantee period.

• Replacement Puppy: In the rare case a genetic condition is confirmed, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value as soon as one becomes available.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

• Common parasites (fleas, worms, ticks, etc.)

• Minor illnesses that are treatable or temporary

• Injuries, neglect, or accidents after the puppy leaves our care

• Ear cropping, tail docking, or other elective procedures

• Buyer’s personal choice to rehome or return the puppy for non-medical reasons
